Covid 19
22 Sep, 2020
Protecting ourselves and one another from the Covid 19 virus is a propriety for us all at Haarlem Artspace, and we’re making a collective effort to do what we can.
We respectfully ask that you do not visit if you feel at all unwell, or have any of the Covid 19 symptoms.
A comprehensive risk assessment has been carried out (available on the notice board in the kitchen for all to view or by request) with many changes implemented to help reduce the spread of the virus. A summary of the main changes affecting visitors to the gallery is as follows;
We are only accepting entries to events from people who have booked tickets online on eventbrite, in order that we have your details to assist with the track and trace system. You can do this whilst you queue if you haven’t done so already. If you wish to visit us for another reason, please get in touch.
We have wash stations available with water & soap. Hand gel is available at the entry/exit. We ask that you please use it as you enter the building.
We have put up signs for information and instruction to remind people to take action to reduce the spread of Covid 19.
We have limited the number of visitors in the gallery at any one time. Visitors are not permitted to access the artist’s studios at the moment.
We have an enhanced regular cleaning regime in place, and have provided cleaning facilities in toilets for customers to use before using the facilities if they wish.
The kitchen is only being used for drinks, which will be pre-poured to limit the time spent in the kitchen, and the number of people in it.
We are only accepting contactless payments.
We have implemented a queueing system outside the building for both entry to the gallery, and for access to the toilet, which is a pinch point in the lobby. Please do take notice of the signs and remain a safe distance away from those outside of your household.
Thank you
